Fourth Courthouse unit fails (Jeffersonian Democrat)
By Randy Bartley BROOKVILLE - A fourth interior HVAC unit has failed inside the Jefferson County Courthouse but this one did not cause any damage. Tuesday, architect Jeff Straub of Crabtree, Rohrbaugh and Associates of Mechanicsburg confirmed that problems developed while the unit was being tested.
