DRUGS: Henry C. Brent was charged at 12:13 p.m. Sunday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving while talking on a cell phone. Brent was stopped for using his phone and found to have a suspended license, according to reports.
