This is a "change-out" furnace job using a new Trane XR95 60000 btu upflow furnace. The Luxaire furnace that we are replacing had a cracked "primary" heat exchanger and a secondary heat exchanger that got clogged up with attic insulation due to a bad install by the home builder. 2010 Trane XR15 4-ton air-conditioner running

Another awesome Trane condensing unit that I have permission to film! This 2010 Trane XR15 4-ton straight-cool unit replaced a 1986 Carrier Deluxe Edition "Round One" 3-ton straight-cool unit in the summer of 2010. The Carrier was still working fine, but because the building's current use calls for more cooling capacity, the Carrier was replaced. Watch the entire video for a more complete description of the building and the HVAC system. |
